Blog Post 2/10/16


Today we learned that a lot of popular foods we eat aren’t the most nutritious for us but there are easy substitutions to make it better for you. We also learned that many of the foods we eat daily can be replaced with accessible foods that are healthier for you and your body. When we actually get chance to create these foods we will be able to look back at our notes and websites to substitute ingredients.
